CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS IN NURSERY!!!





We Celebrated Chinese New Year this week. Image result for gung hey fat choy 2019

We listened to the Chinese New Year Story and even acted out the animal race.
'I am the clever rat and I want to win!!!'





We had a great race and had lots of fun.







Our parents joined us for our activity day.




We made dancing dragons.





We made Chinese Lanterns too!








 The children did a dragon dance with Miss Clarkson!

We even tasted Chinese rice crackers!


'They taste salty and crunchy'

    Wow-What a fun filled day you had to celebrate Chinese New Year. I loved the race and enjoyed tasting the Rice Crackers. I am sorry I missed Miss Clarkson's Dragon Dance.xxx
