Harvest Celebrations in Nursery!!!

We had lot's of fun in the last week of the term.

Mrs Kallar told the children to get their hands right in!!

Developing Early Mark Making and Reading

It has been so lovely to see Nursery developing a real interest and love for stories and mark making. Look at some of the things we have been doing.... We have being making marks and patterns in glitter and shaving foam. >

Settling into Nursery

We would like to welvome all new Nursery children and parents to welford Nursery. Miss Jabeen and Mrs Kumar are so impressed with how well the children are settling in and are getting into our Nursery routines.

Look who came to visit.....

There has been so much excitement in Nursery ever since we had the hatching eggs delivered....

The children watched and waited eagerly for the chicks to hatch.

Parents were also very excited to see the arrival of our new baby chicks.

The children learnt how to look after the chicks. They were really gentle and held the chicks.

 Miss Barnes and Mrs Foster also came to visit our latest additions to the Nursery.

 The children learnt the importance of how the chicks needed to be looked after and helped Miss Jabeen to clean the chicks house.

Well done Nursery for being such super 'mummy hens' this week and for caring for the chicks.
